Our team is part of the Kidder Mathews Multifamily Investments group, located in the firm’s Seattle headquarters. Kidder Mathews is the largest independent commercial real estate firm on the West Coast.
Dylan is a commercial real estate broker who specializes in helping investors buy, sell, and develop apartment buildings in Seattle and the Puget Sound region. He has brokered deals from $1 million to over $100 million, on buildings with as few as 5 units to complexes with more than 500.
Jerrid is a co-founder of one of the most active apartment brokerage teams in Washington. Jerrid focuses on urban apartment and land sales in the City of Seattle and his clients hire him for pricing outperformance and industry leading successful closing percentage.
Matt is an apartment broker specializing in urban and suburban apartment sales, development land sales, and off-market acquisitions. His attention to detail and excellent client service ensures smooth transactions from marketing through closing.
Winslow is an apartment broker specializing in sales of apartment buildings and development land across the Puget Sound specializing in Seattle, North King & Snohomish Counties.
Max is an apartment broker specializing in the sale of King County development land and Eastern Washington apartment buildings.
JD is an apartment broker specializing in the sales and off-market acquisitions of apartment buildings and development land, with a focus in the Puget Sound and along the I-5 Corridor.
Ryder is the team financial analyst, specializing in market research, apartment valuations, and sales tracking in the Puget Sound market.
Cassie brings balance and support to the team as Executive Assistant to Dylan Simon. She is committed to the betterment of the team through administrative contributions resulting in major goal achievement and long-term success.
Alice plays a pivotal role in the team’s success as the Executive Assistant to Jerrid Anderson. She ensures a well-orchestrated and efficient work environment, fostering an atmosphere where everyone can thrive and reach their full potential in accomplishing their goals.
Mattie oversees the Team’s property marketing, ensuring materials exceed market expectations and reach the widest possible audience.
Ashley oversees team marketing efforts, ensuring that materials surpass market expectations, thereby contributing to the enhancement of the team’s overall brand awareness and positioning in the industry.
