Tony’s family has an extensive history in Pierce County’s multifamily market, instilling in him a passion for real estate at a young age. He finds fulfillment in helping owners and investors successfully navigate the acquisition and disposition of apartment communities throughout the South Sound and Tri-Cities markets.

As a member of the Simon | Anderson Multifamily Team, Tony works in partnership with Vice President Elijah Piper, leveraging a strong regional network to advise clients on multifamily transactions across the South Sound region.

A graduate of Washington State University with a B.A. in Business Marketing, Tony was also a collegiate athlete—an experience that shaped his disciplined, competitive, and team-oriented approach to brokerage. He resides in Gig Harbor and remains deeply connected to the communities and markets he serves.
