Ryder serves as the financial analyst for the Simon Anderson Team at Kidder Matthews, with a focus on multifamily valuation, sales tracking and analysis, asset management, and market research.

Before joining the team, Ryder honed his skills as an analyst at ABI Multifamily in Phoenix, where he gained hands-on experience in multifamily real estate while completing his undergraduate studies.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, complemented by a minor in Business Data Analytics.
