Situation
After learning that our Team had expanded into Eastern Washington and had recently sold a similar property nearby, the Seller contacted our team indicating they had been trying to sell two properties off-market, yet hadn’t received a compelling offer.
What we did
Through regular communication with Spokane’s most active apartment investors, we have insight into Buyer preferences and interests allowing us to easily identify potential Buyers. We contacted a handful of investors who’s preferences matched this portfolio.
The Result
Within a week of our initial discussion with the Seller, we put both properties under contract – The Lloyd, a 33 unit building with four commercial spaces and The Annie, a 11-unit property with development potential, with separate Buyer parties. Both transactions closed within a week of each other and allowed the Buyers to expand their existing footprint and enter the market.
