In 2015 Seattle has had a truly break-out year of job growth, stellar economic performance and prominence on the national, if not global, stage.  The city continues to receive awards of distinction, many beyond just economic.

It is no surprise that new residents, new commercial real estate investors/developers and sources of capital to fund growth continue to land in Seattle and contribute to our story of economic vibrancy and growth.  The following list highlights the variety of categories in which Seattle continues to excel and vaults past many other cities far greater in size.

We are set for an incredible 2016, yet let’s first look back and revel in what Seattle achieved in 2015!
